Coach Kade

Ironback Performance was created by Coach Kade Cardenal, a strength and conditioning coach with experience training athletes, tactical populations, and everyday lifters. My coaching background is built around helping people get stronger, move better, improve conditioning, and train with a clear purpose. I believe training should be structured, practical, and focused on long-term progress, not random workouts or complicated programs that are hard to follow.

 

Early in my career, I spent two years in the collegiate strength and conditioning setting, with stops at LSU, the Ragin’ Cajuns, and Louisville. During that time, I gained hands-on experience coaching athletes in high-performance environments, learning how to develop strength, power, speed, and overall athletic readiness across different sports and training demands.

 

I later continued my career in the tactical setting, working at Fort Campbell with the Army and currently training the Air Force. That experience shaped the way I coach today: clear standards, professional programming, and training that prepares people to perform when it matters. Ironback Performance brings that same strength and conditioning approach to lifters, hybrid athletes, and everyday people who want serious training and a clear plan.
